As we celebrate National Customer Service Week, I am incredibly honored to recognize and celebrate our remarkable team members who have been the cornerstone of our success.

It’s simple to praise your team once a year, but I want our special way of doing things here to remind them every single day how vital they are. When you observe our customer support and account managers skillfully handling phone calls, emails, chats, and swiftly helping customers with questions and problems, it’s obvious they’ve adopted Advantage’s core values. Our IT and engineering folks, who are usually not in the spotlight, make us all shine with their impressive knowledge and skills.

Our sales team is vital in building relationships with our clients and understanding their evolving needs. They are not just salespeople but consultants who guide our clients towards the best solutions for their specific requirements. They are the ones who leave their families and meet clients and prospects at trade shows, conferences, town hall meetings, networking events, and so much more throughout the year! They get on planes, stay in hotels, and set up our show booths. They do it all with skill and a smile.
