Brendan Schwarz was one of the early innovators at Advantage’s parent company, Procon Analytics — pioneers of GPS-based automotive telematics. Schwarz first joined Procon in 2007, bringing with him a strong work ethic, customer-focused diligence, and fast-on-his feet thinking. Within just a few short years, he rose the ranks from Warehouse and Program Manager to Regional Sales Director.
When Procon spun off its aftermarket automotive group, Spireon in 2011, Schwarz went over with the automotive division he helped build. At Spireon, he soon made his mark as record-breaking sales performer, earning the company’s President’s Award. In 2014, Schwarz was named the firm’s Sales Person of the Year, was awarded the Up & Coming Award for selling over 2,000 units, and was selected to join Spireon’s Elite Council.
As Spireon continued to grow and become more and more corporate, Schwarz realized he missed the personal connections he’d cultivated with his Buy Here Pay Here customers over the years. His commitment to his original customer base led him back to the pioneers in automotive telematics and the original Procon team who help mentor him and launch his impressive career, Brian Boling, CEO, Bill Cheney, CTO and David Meyer, COO.
